Carriage Charges
We will always try to keep your carriage costs to a minimum by packing orders as efficiently as possible. However, in some instances, where both heavy and fragile items are included in an order, it may be necessary to send them separately to avoid damage.
A 25kg/25litre container of raw material (eg: liquid oil, soap base) counts as one unit for carriage purposes where no other goods can be packed with it. In either case, we will notify you of any additional cost and obtain your approval before dispatching your goods.
