Order-processing and delivery information


Friendly website

You do not need to provide personal information to browse this website. When shopping with us you may use the checkout at any time to view your order total including the carriage charge, with no obligation.


Minimum order

Our minimum order requirement for orders to the UK including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scily and Republic of Ireland is £20 excluding carriage.

For orders to the Channel Islands and Europe our minimum order requirement is £50 excluding carriage.


Deadline

If you have a deadline for delivery please inform us BEFORE placing your order. We will let you know if it is possible to deliver your goods to your requirement. This will avoid any disappointment.


Order acknowledgment

After placing your order you will be sent an automatic order acknowledgment by email. Please check the details and advise us as soon as possible if you wish to amend anything. If you do not receive an email this may be because you incorrectly input your email address when placing your order or your ISP has filtered it as spam. We will receive your order even if you do not receive an acknowledgment and in this event you need not contact us.

An order acknowledgment is not a receipt for payment. Your payment will be taken after we have checked that everything you have requested is available.


Product availability

We maintain high stock levels to ensure that we have products available when you request them. However, occasionally an item may go out of stock and there may be a delay in indicating this on our website. In this situation we will contact you to ask if you would like to accept a substitute item or make any other changes to your order before we dispatch your goods.


Payment

Raw materials, creative kits, pre-certified soaps and hand made soaps will be manufactured/processed and packaged specially for you. Your order will be hand-prepared with fresh ingredients and we will take payment at the beginning of this process.

We accept payment by debit and credit card. Overseas payments will be cleared before goods are dispatched


VAT

Prices shown on this website are exclusive of VAT which will be added to your invoice at the checkout at the current UK rate of 17.5%. VAT registered customers in EU member states may enter a valid VAT number at the checkout and tax will be excluded from the invoice. VAT will be deducted from your invoice at the checkout if you are ordering from outside of the EU.

Order-processing and delivery

Orders will be processed in strict rotation in the order in which we receive them ensuring fairness for every customer. Therefore, we politely request that you do not ask us to prioritise your order.

For bespoke items such as creative kits, pre-certified soaps and hand made soaps please allow at least seven working days for processing. For overseas addresses please allow ten working days for delivery. We will send you an email notification when your order is dispatched.

For Inland addresses, our carrier will normally take one working day to deliver your goods. For Northern Ireland delivery will normally take two working days. For EU member states delivery will normally take two to five working days. However, events may happen outside of our control and we regret that we are unable to accept reponsibility for delayed delivery of goods or any losses caused.  

Carriage charge

We have a fixed carriage charge of £7.75 for a parcel of up to 30kg (packaged weight). This applies to the UK Mainland, with some exceptions. Please see our Delivery page for more details about charges to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scily, Channel Islands and EU countries.

Please note that our carriage charge is not a charge for an express service.

We will dispatch your order by carrier. The carrier will send you an email which will give you the estimated delivery date and the tracking number for your parcel. Check your spam box regularly for this email, as your ISP may filter it out. 

Please note that, as goods are covered by insurance, delivery drivers are not permitted to leave parcels without obtaining a signature. Therefore, in the interest of all Parties, we are unable to accept requests to do this.

Material Safety Data Sheets/Technical Information

MSDS's for most of our raw materials are available to copy and print from this website. If you require any that are not shown, please request these at the time of ordering using the message box at the checkout.


Trade Showroom & Shop
